Enjoy a night of dinner and dancing as we start our life together! Please arrive between 3:30pm – 3:45pm. The ceremony will begin at 4pm, followed by a cocktail hour, and we will celebrate with a reception from 5:30pm – 10:00pm.
Please note: The ceremony will be held outdoors; the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors (dinner will be in a tent on uneven ground; please plan footwear accordingly!). The event is Adults Only.
The venue is a 15 minute drive/Uber ride from downtown Nashville. There is free parking available at Riverwood; you must move your car by 11:30pm.
Transportation will be provided to the ceremony for guests staying in our hotel blocks.

Holiday Inn and JW Marriott shuttles depart at 3:10pm
*A shuttle will depart the reception at 8pm for any guests who would like to leave before the end of the reception. It will make a stop at each hotel.*
Transportation will be available immediately following the reception to take all interested guests to the after party or the hotel blocks. There will be buses located directly outside the reception tent; Riverwood staff will help guests board the buses. Please check the signs on each bus to ensure you are going to the correct destination!

Join us directly following the reception at an after party in downtown Nashville on Broadway! The party will be on the third floor of the Wildhorse Saloon honky tonk.
